5.1 All deposits on the tek789 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20.
5.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.

6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. tek789 reserves the right to request withdrawal via an alternative method where required by its payment processing policies.
6.2 Prior to processing withdrawals above tek789's prescribed thresholds, or in cases where tek789's compliance team deems it necessary, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6.3 tek789 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within several hours. These are target timeframes only and are not guaranteed.
6.4 tek789 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
6.5 Bonus balance and any funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

12.3 tek789 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond tek789's reasonable control.
13.1 You may close your tek789 Account at any time by contacting 24/7 support via live chat. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to you subject to KYC requirements and the terms governing outstanding bonuses.
